The Hospitality Manager apprenticeship is a Level 4 programme - equivalent to a Higher National Certificate (HNC)!

We work to customise the programme around your values and what matters most to you, whilst ensuring your people are working towards the apprenticeship standard. We want to know what you like to see and will deliver how you want us to.

Duration

15 months - this timeframe gives you the opportunity to complete all learning and complete functional skills (if required).

Entry Requirements

You will need to be eligible to work in the UK, and spend at least 50% of your working hours in England.

Skills Workshops

Our team of expert facilitators bespoke our workshops to ensure we are delivering with your business drivers and priorities in mind.

Individualised Learning

We will work with you to understand how you learn so we can offer you the right support. Our Hospitality Manager apprenticeship has a blend of online learning, face-to-face learning, projects, assignments and much more!

End-Point Assessment

This is your opportunity to showcase all the new skills, knowledge and behaviours you have developed over the 15-month apprenticeship programme. When you, your line manager and your dedicated workplace coach agree you have achieved the right skills, knowledge and behaviours, you will enter End-Point Assessment. You will then have 12 weeks to complete the four elements below which determines your overall grade:

90-minute multiple choice test

Online multiple choice test for 90 minutes, asking you 35 scenario-based questions.

Business project

You will compose a 9000-word business project, based on a challenge, idea or opportunity for improvement in the business. Following this will be a presentation of your project, followed by a question and answer session.

90-minute professional discussion

You will take part in a 90-minute professional discussion, similar to a competency-based interview. This will take place virtually.

Witness testimonies

You will gather constructive and objective feedback regarding your competence. This feedback can be from a line manager, a peer, a direct report or a main stakeholder.

Following the completion of these elements, you will gain your final grade: a pass or a distinction.

" We recently had a skills development workshop where we learnt about recruitment and, in particular, the impact and challenges of this across the hospitality industry over the past year. I was able to think about this from the perspective of managing my own pub which was great to use towards my business plan"
